Abstract

Die Berufsschule ist, in Österreich wie in Deutschland, ein wichtiger Integrationsort für Menschen mit Fluchtbiografie, trotzdem ist die Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften in diesem Kontext bisher nur wenig erforscht. Zu diesem Forschungsdefizit liefert die Dissertation neue Erkenntnisse. Die Autorin untersucht mit problemzentrierten Interviews und einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse, wie Lehrende heterogene Klassenverbände wahrnehmen, welche Herausforderungen sie beim Unterrichten von Geflüchteten sehen und mit welchen Arbeitsstrategien sie darauf reagieren. Interviewt wurden Lehrkräfte an gewerblich-technischen Tiroler Berufsschulen. Die normativen Anforderungen an Lehrkräfte - Professionalisierungskonzepte, Standards und gesetzliche Vorschriften in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz - sind der Ausgangspunkt, um aus den empirischen Ergebnissen Handlungskonsequenzen für die Lehrkräftebildung abzuleiten. Wissenschaftliche Vorarbeiten werden durch die neuen Erkenntnisse modifiziert.

Abstract

La pandemia da COVID-19 sta ancora avendo un forte impatto sui sistemi di istruzione e formazione. In circostanze estremamente difficili, ha accelerato la trasformazione digitale e innescato cambiamenti rapidi e su vasta scala. In poche settimane si sono verificati sviluppi che avrebbero potuto richiedere anni, e ci troviamo ora di fronte sia a delle sfide che a delle opportunità. Ciò significa che dobbiamo aiutare gli insegnanti, intensificare i nostri sforzi e passare gradualmente da un'istruzione a distanza temporanea, incentrata sull'emergenza, a una digitale più efficace, sostenibile ed equa, nel quadro di un'istruzione e di una formazione creative, flessibili, moderne e inclusive. Il sistema d'istruzione e formazione è sempre più parte della trasformazione digitale e può sfruttare i vantaggi e le opportunità di questo cambiamento in atto.

Abstract

Nicht nur durch die technischen Veränderungen in allen Berufsfeldern sind Volkshochschulen - bezogen auf alle Qualifikationsniveaus - verstärkt gefordert. Bisher fehlen jedoch grundlegende Erkenntnisse, wie auf diese Entwicklungen durch Volkshochschulen in ihren beruflichen Weiterbildungsangeboten reagiert wird. Die Ergebnisse der Studie sind gebündelt und feingliedrig aufbereitet, um eine theoretisch-empirische Auslegung beruflicher Weiterbildung anzubieten. Es werden die thematischen und strukturellen Verschiebungen und Schwerpunkte ebenso sichtbar wie die vorhandenen Handlungsspielräume der Programmplanenden an Volkshochschulen.

Abstract

"This book critically examines the role of governments in promoting parity during and in post-pandemic education. This comes from the realisation that the pandemic has deepened the crisis by depleting the meagre resources that African countries might have devoted to 'normative educational practices' where those on the margins would have been pushed further behind while the privileged would have been further initiated into the cultural and capital flows of private schools and historically research-intensive institutions of higher learning. This has far-reaching implications for the education of underprivileged citizens, and education, particularly modes and modalities of delivery, has to be reimagined to subvert the challenges wrought by the pandemic. This book significantly bridges the gap between the pre-and post-COVID-19 pandemic pedagogical practices and the erstwhile modalities that have been resilient over time. The book focuses on ways to stave off pedagogical challenges that face countries as the global pandemic makes its mark."--

Abstract

This study is aimed to report the qualitative data collected as part of a larger evaluation research project on educational contexts for disabilities. The sample consists of 161 pre-service teachers completing their education at the University of Florence, who were asked to indicate strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of their own inclusive teaching practices (TEIP). This study focuses on a few specific areas according to the existing literature that sees teaching practices, collaboration between school staff and families, and behavior management as related elements for defining inclusive environments and attitudes. The integration of quantitative and qualitative data collected and analyzed separately explains all the elements that may contribute to self-efficacy toward school inclusion, such as the subject-specific support teacher preparation and the quality of collaboration within the working group for inclusion whose impact relates to the level of engagements achieved by students that can increase chances of success of the educational project.

Abstract

Vielfalt in der Schule wird von Lehrer*innen häufig als Herausforderung wahrgenommen und nicht selten auch als Erklärung für individuelles Belastungsempfinden herangezogen. Dabei spielen Alltagstheorien und Bewertungsgewohnheiten, eingeführte Praktiken, aber auch institutionelle Sortiermechanismen eine besondere Rolle für die stetige Remobilisierung von Beharrungskräften im System. Aus den einschlägigen "Abkürzungen", die Akteur*innen zwischen professionellem Wissen, Governance und Praxis im Alltag nehmen, entstehen spezifische Blockaden von überfälligen Erneuerungen und Perspektivwechseln im und auf das System. Der Band adressiert diese Syndrome, indem er innovative Perspektiven auf Diversitätssensibilität als bedeutendes Moment für die Lehrer*innenausbildung der ersten und zweiten Phase öffnet. Dabei werden nicht nur wissenschaftlich und professionstheoretisch ganz unterschiedliche Zugänge aufgezeigt, sondern die Praxiserfahrung sowie experimentelle Vorgehensweisen aus dem Bereich Coaching und Supervision erstmals als bedeutsam für die mögliche Weiterentwicklung von diversitätssensibler Aus- und Fortbildung in die Debatte eingeführt.

Title in English: Effectiveness of the teacher's work in inclusive education: A self-assessment tool for students of pedagogic fileds For teachers, to be able to fulfill the role "of carrier of change", he or she must be identified with the idea of education for all, accept responsibility for the education of all his or her students, and be able to recognize and solve any form of exclusion and unequal. At the same time, it turns out that a fundamental factor forming the teachers' actions in the inclusive classroom is their inner confidence in their own ability to manage individual aspects of educational activities. The tool makes it possible to view the teacher's work from a distance, learn to reflect on it and create a personal and professional development plan.
